Change one thing about your mouth.
Hear a new sound appear.

This isn’t a recording — your device is synthesising the sound live from the shape of a mouth. Drag the dot inside the box: up/down changes how open your jaw is, left/right changes where your tongue sits. Every spot is a real vowel. No sound is recorded, and no audio leaves your device.

Drag the dot and I’ll tell you what your mouth just did — and why the sound changed.

Press and drag inside the box to morph the vowel. Tap a labelled dot to hear a known vowel. Each dot also shows your Bengali vowel (বাংলা স্বর) — watch where English splits one of yours into two. 🔊 turn your volume up.

Now try consonants

Same trick, different air. Tap one — then flip the switch and feel how voicing turns sz, fv. (This is the same voicing you feel buzz in Missions.)

Every English consonant

Tap any sound. It opens into whichever vowel the pad is sitting on — drag the pad first and the same consonant changes with it, exactly like কে → কা. The blue letter is the বাংলা বর্ণ your mouth already makes it with — and where you see a 🔊 word below a key, that is a real Bengali voice from Kolkata saying it, not the computer.

A blue letter means your mouth already makes that sound in বাংলা. A letter with * means বাংলা writes it with that letter, but the sound itself is new — the letter can mislead you. NEW means no বাংলা letter makes it at all. The * and NEW sounds are the ones worth practising.

Sounds that move

বাংলা vowels are pure — they hold still. These eight English sounds slide from one vowel to another. Tap one and watch the dot travel across the pad: if your mouth does not move with it, the sound flattens — that is the single commonest slip.

যুক্তবর্ণ — where two letters become one

বাংলা joins letters into a single shape: ক + ষ → ক্ষ, স + ত → স্ত, ঙ + গ → ঙ্গ. English does the same thing with soundsstreet, desked, splash — clusters your mouth must run together without slipping a vowel in between. We are building the bridge between the two, so the যুক্তবর্ণ you already read becomes the way you say English clusters.
